Supper swap

I have been experimenting with a supper swap/food coop with several friends. We have gone quite a few rounds and I have always enjoyed having homeade dinner options available to me in my freezer. This time around I got hearty bean soup, ground nut stew, Afghani eggplant spagetti, Mexican corn chowder, enchiladas, lentils with ham and rosemary, and chicken divan.

It was such a pleasure to cook for all of you! Thanks for your contributions to my family's health!

Tim is encouraging me to start this with a group from our church. I need to do that. I need a push. Maybe he can push me enough to do so. Thanks for introducing me to it! I did enjoy taking part in it, hope to again!!

Katie, everyone who wants to do it (usually 6-8 families) makes that number of recipes. I made 7 batches of soup and then we got together to trade. We tried to all cook together once at church and it was too hard (not enough pans).

Danelle, we missed you this time too! Your chicken enchiladas have been a favorite of ours! You should go for it with another group (as long as you come back to our group to cook too.....)
